  1. Customers must check products at the time of purchase/delivery.
  2. Damages reported after leaving the store or after delivery will not be entertained.
  3. Grocery, bakery, dairy, frozen food, and perishable items are non-returnable.
  4. Personal care, hygiene, undergarments, and baby care items are non-returnable once opened.
  5. Promotional, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  6. Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. For online orders, customers must report missing or wrong items within 24 hours of delivery.
