- Damages reported after leaving the store or after delivery will not be entertained.
- Grocery, bakery, dairy, frozen food, and perishable items are non-returnable.
- Personal care, hygiene, undergarments, and baby care items are non-returnable once opened.
- Promotional, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- For online orders, customers must report missing or wrong items within 24 hours of delivery.
